Full Refund

You will receive a full refund in the following cases:

• The summary failed to generate due to a system error
• The uploaded file was unsupported and could not be processed

Not Eligible for Refund

• A summary that was successfully generated and downloaded
• Dissatisfaction with summary content (the service is a study aid)

How to Request a Refund
